WELCOME to the website of Prayer House Ministry. We are a Ministry dedicate to establishing prayer alter and preparing for the coming of the King of Kings our Lord Jesus Christ.

We are an assembly of christian believers wishing to serve the community through its diverse Ministries, young and old, married and single parents and children, people from all walks of life and many different languages having one thing in common, desire to serve God and share His devine love with other people.

The objects of prayer house ministry is to fulfill the great commission of our lord and Savior Jesus Christ as recorded in the scripture: (Math 28:18-20, Mark 16:15-20, Acts 1:8, 8:4)

OUR AIMS:-

1. To establish prayer alters in the nations
2. To reach the sinners with gospel of Christ by holding crusades, rallies and other evangelistic meetings.
3. To establish and maintain churches both pioneer and mature into a united fellowship.
4. To license and ordain candidates for the work of the gospel Ministry.
5. To build up a strong foundation of Christ faith.
6. To reach the needy people (i.e. orphans, widows and poor)
7. To support church oriented institutions and projects in furtherance of the gospel.
8. To publish and distribute Christian literature
9. To offer affiliation and right hand of fellowship to Christian groups who requests it.
10. When possible and if necessary to establish and maintain schools and bible schools.
11. When possible and if necessary, to establish and maintaining orphanages, homes for the aged, infirm or needy.

:: Where we Began: (History)

Prayer house ministry is a small ministry that is growing with the grace of God, It is based in Mombasa city of Kenya (Mombasa West Slums).

It was birthed by God resulted of family altar, which resulted into fellows in Refinery Estate House April 2003. we had service in the house for 3 months, after having witnessing and the number increase to 7 people, we went to school room (Gome Primary School) July 2003. After 2 years, the ministry grew, we had to relocated to rental plot to put temperate structure Kisumu ndogo area – 2005, one year later 2006 moved to our own land that we bought in Bokole (Magosi) area. That is where we are until now, believing God for putting our dream structure for the church.

:: Our Location
Our main church is Bokole (Magosi) area, about 1.5 kilometers from the Moi    international airport, and close to the airport fence in Mombasa-Kenya. From the town center you can take matatu of Magongo Mwisho moroni route, and go up to the end of Magongo route (Magongo mwisho), then go to Bokole ground ask- prayer house ministry church next to portz academy in Migosi. :: The neighborhood
Our main church is situated at an area which is densely populated with the class of people who are very poor (Mombasa west slum) and others are Muslims. We have a big population of the youth who are idle and engage in drugs and delinquently practices. This area is robbers hide out, and many people are involved in the witchcrafts practices though they claim to be religious.

:: Ministry opportunities
Due to this location, Mombasa is a gate to hast Africa we see great ministry opportunities in this area for establishing prayer after and being able to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The resistance is broken by prayers and breakthrough for the kingdom of God, people are now coming to Christ and receiving the Gospel openly, Muslim are coming to Christ. THERE IS GRANT HARVEST FOR THE KINGDOM.

We have two new planted church; Pastor Samuel Mwangini of Jomvu, and Pastor Francis Nyambu of vikwatani.
